Arjun Bose
Acts for and advises Indian Insurers and Reinsurers as coverage counsel focusing on liability lines of business including D&O, E&O, Cyber, EPLI, Product Liability and FI. Arjun has also advised on claims under commercial lines such as industrial all risk, fire, engineering, marine cargo, contingency insurance and subrogation. He assists his clients with their coverage response following notification, associated claims handling and costs monitoring. Arjun also acts as defence counsel where coverage is contested and in subrogated recoveries pursued by his clients.
Madhav Misra
Represents domestic and international clients operating in different sectors before various Courts and Tribunals in matters relating to EPC contracts, shareholders’ disputes, insolvency & bankruptcy, electricity, oil & natural gas, real estate, foreign investment, arbitration & ADR, white collar crimes, and insurance & reinsurance. Madhav has been involved in landmark judgments of the Supreme Court, various High Courts and the Company Law Tribunals relating to arbitration, insurance and the IBC.
Ketan Paul
A qualified Advocate-on-Record practicing before the Supreme Court, Ketan is currently serving as counsel for the Central as well as various State Governments. His litigation experience spans work across several courts/tribunals and involves matters dealing with key issues of constitutional and commercial law. His practice also includes public law (litigation involving governments and public institutions), civil and criminal litigation.
